Broadway Tire & Auto Service

Broadway Tire always does a superior job! They warranty their work, and are always extremely fair with pricing. An honest group that won't push unnecessary repairs. I've been going here for 7+ years, and wouldn't go anywhere else!

These guys are the best! I’ve only ever had fantastic experiences with every service for them. Rich is incredibly welcoming, and immediately set my mind at ease when we chatted about what services I would be needing. He clearly laid out all my options, and was careful to not upsell me. Just a few weeks ago, I had a regular service interval reminder come on in my car and decided to get it checked out. Not only did they fit me in last-minute, but they did a full check on my car (including some specific items I had mentioned wanting them to look at), ultimately told me no services were needed at this time, and let me drive off completely free of charge. The folks at Broadway Tire & Auto in Warwick absolutely know how to earn a customer for life!

I just had the BEST experience! My daughter's car broke down in Warwick and we just picked a place to have it towed as we didn't live close enough to have it towed home. We had no idea what to expect! From the very beginning the staff was so helpful, accommodating and friendly!! They kept in touch with me about what needed to be done and really made me feel at ease! The manager Todd was so knowledgable, as well as the assistant manager Rich! From my first phone call to the time I picked it up, I can't say enough about what a positive experience it was. They have gained a new customer!!

Everyone was super kind and helpful. We brought our car in for a new tire, they helped us process different ones out and they were able to fix it in less than 30 minutes. Definitely recommend coming here!

Had a great experience working with Rich, he was so helpful, informative and respectful. Thought it was going to be a simple issue but it was actually a much bigger job, he walked me through all the details and helped with the price. I appreciate how direct he was and he kept in contact with me to inform me of progress. Will be recommended this place to all my family and friends. It can be a little tough to find though so a sign would be really great!
